Restaurant Wanha Asema

Kurikka’s idyllic old railway station building designed by Thure Hellström serves as a restaurant known for its tasty meals made from high-quality local ingredients. We serve buffet lunches from Monday to Saturday from 10.30 am to 3 pm, and at other times we are open upon reservation. Completed in 1920, the old station building offers an ideal setting for a variety of meetings and functions. Our venue has space for a total of 110 guests and the separate meeting facilities seat 15 people. We also offer catering services for events of all sizes, whether you want a single cake or food and beverages for a wedding with 200 guests. The area of the Kurikka railway station also houses the Makasiini building, which offers services that complement those of Wanha Asema.
